Hello.

I have some problems with version 4.

first it worked and then had to update the client, then the problems started.

during update the my machine stalled, so iv have tried to uninstall it but i can´t , so i did manually deleted the files.

Now i can´t reinstall v4

here are the info i get when i try to reinstall.

i hope someone can help out here.

I had the same problem today. hen I try to install (after the PC locked and as curse seemed to be the reason uninstalling curse V4 beta) it ends in a message telling me that I have to start the Application by clicking the desktop-symbol (which isn't here) or choosing the application in the start-menu (but there is no curse). As there isnt't a folder or file in the Folder programs it is not possible to start the program from there.

I'm not a PC-profi so I cannot tell any more information. But I fear, that there is a lot of now unused files (and loaded programs, driver or what else) on my PC.

I hope to get answer and a solution for fixing this problem.

You can fix a corrupted install by doing the following:

Click the Start button and select Run (or Windows key + R)

Enter: %userprofile%\Local Settings\Apps

Delete the 2.0 folder

Re-install the Curse Client.
