I am looking for some sort of chat add-on that will allow me to move / change the size of the chat window. I'm gonna use a bunch of addons to make myself a custom UI (Like  Bartender4 and X-Perl), and want to get the chat window out of the way.

You can change the location and size of your chat window already.  No addon is needed for it.
