I'm using ToolTipWrangler to move "ALL" tooltips.  It works well but it getting very old, has a poor interface.

I've tried:  TipTop, TipTac, CowTip, etc.  Non of them will move tooltips that appear when I hover over an item in my standard blizzard backpack.  None of them will move the tooltip that appears when I use TooManyAddons addon and hover over the addon list.

Is there any tooltipo addon which is being maintained (not over 6 months old) that moves those tooltips?

TipTac does not only configure the tip for units, you can also use TipTac to modify other tips in the WoW Interface. The way they are getting modified are both in scale and appearance. The border and background of the modified tips can be changed to colors of your desire. I use TipTac but it does not move bag tooltips.

I looked at the lua code but I don't know what the tooltip I want to move is called.

The two tooltips that I really, really want to move are:  bag tooltips from Arkinventory and the tooltip shown by TooManyAddons.

If anyone knows how to make tiptac do that, please post.  I have to use a combination of tiptac and tooltipwranger to get what I want.  I fear that tooltipwranger will stop working since it has not been updated in over a year.

I would ask at the Tip Tac page in the comments section. Or ask on the wowace boards; I think the question was asked there some months back.

I was using CowTip for some time, but lately I moved to the TipTop, which is more convenient to my meaning.

Make sure use the Anchor button on the TipTac option panel to move the tool tips around.  As for TooManyAddons, there is an option you can check to disable tooltips in option panel press the O on the profile section.

TipTac won't move bag item tooltips.
