So I don't really know if this is possible but what I would like is this, a mod that allows me to tag members of the opposing faction who gank me.  I am in a pvp guild and I would like a way to manually enter their name/race info into the mod, possibly have it shared by guild, and have it pop up in there tooltip that they are a kill on sight player.  I know questhelper can access the tooltip to add information to it and so perhaps a mod could possibly do that.  If it just can be made can someone point me to a good how-to for making mods? I'm not an idiot when it comes to programming and could probably figure it out, but I figured I would ask if it was possible first.

It is indeed somewhat like what I'm looking for I just don't want it to be automatic.  If I get beaten at my own game in fair pvp thats fine but getting ganked pisses me off which is why I want to be able to manually enter it.
