Addon to add time remaining to target debuff frame

Ubersheep Posts 2	^^^ All I want is something that essentially converts the rotate (cooldown-style) into a numerical time remaining on target debuffs. Preferably without a custom unit frames addon like Pitbull or OGUF. Does an addon that does that exist?

Ubersheep Posts 2	Neither of these do what I want. I don't want extra frames, or bars that time things. Just a number on the default UI's target debuffs.
