Guild Bank monitor add on. Does it exist?

What i am looking for is an addon that will monitor the guild bank and flag up when people are withdrawing items that are (significantly) above their level, Reputation items or items that do not match up to the character's professions.

Recently our guild has been unfortunate enough to have aquired a couple of GB ninjas and an addon like this would help our GMs to keep a better watch on the bank's transactions as we don't want to have to close 3 of our 5 tabs to our general population as a result of a couple of dishonest ex-guildies.

What i was wondering is if there was an add-on in existance which allows this kind of monitoring?  and if not, would someone be willing to develop something along these lines?

sounds like a similar set up to what we are running currently.  I must say though that it is times like these that i wish i had any sort of programming knowledge.  Seems like a definite gap in the market IMO

The problem that you will have with this type of addon is that there will have to be someone online at all times that has this addon running. Also there is no way to monitor the GB without actually viewing it in real time. There is no remote access possible. You can just look at the logs and use those to determine who did what. How would this type of addon help prevent GB ninjas anyways? Someone can just take what they want and just /gquit whether or not you are notified of their withdrawal. Like another poster had mentioned you just have to be as restrictive as possible with who can do what in the GB.

Yep.  Blizzard doesn't provide a way to find out guild bank information in the game without a character having the guild bank open.  An addon *could* automatically check the log each time you visit the guild bank, but that wouldn't do what you want, since you wouldn't find out right away.

Another possibility would be an addon that uses the guild addon channel to send information around.  Any time *anyone* in the guild with the addon visited the guild bank, you'd get updates.  The problem there is that there's no way to enforce having an addon -- if someone wants to loot the guild bank, they'd just turn the addon off, and you wouldn't know they'd done it until someone else visited the guild bank.

If you're really worried about it, you might try simply not using the built-in guild bank.  The "old style" guild bank addons, where someone was the guild banker, and people could view the guild bank with the addon and put in requests to remove things, still work.
