i was wondering if some can tell me how to turn the arrow back on for questhelper I turn if off by mistake on i dont konw how to utrn it back on

How do get that 3D arrow pointing where to go? /qh arrow. If you'd prefer integration with Cartographer Waypoints or Tomtom, try /qh cartwp or /qh tomtom respectively. I don't really officially support these options, but they seem to work.
