there used to be an addon which was showing true offerings of buffs by the casters "improved" talents on buff icons.. for example it was showing bom for exact amount of increase on ap and at the second lane improved 2/2 and the caster of the buff... so after my 2nd hdd failed i lost my addons.. i need a name for this enhancement of buff infos.. if u can help i appreciate it =)

The only thing I can think of that does that is Utopia, but I think it has a few other features you may not need/want. The "true" buff value is seems to be kind of a side-item to it. Perhaps you should contact the author about making a stand-alone version of JUST that feature. I'd want to try it out for sure.
