I uninstalled the curse client, deleted all folders, but my addon list will still only load the addons that I had installed with the Curse Client.  Any new addons I save to the folder won't populate in game.  Any suggestions?

I don't see how or why; the Curse Client and your ability to use addons are not tied. On every addon page, if you scroll down past the description, is some tabs, one of which is Install instructions. These are universal, work with Mac and PC, and apply to all addons.

i know i dont know you but i had unistalled WOW (dont ask) and then reinstalled it and now it says i have to install path at "manage games" tab when i go to the curse client shortcut. it got rid of all my addons. i dont know if you can help or give me some advice.

When you uninstall the game, all your addons go with it, as it removes the whole folder structure. If you are reinstalling your addons, I suggest switching to the v4 Curse Client, as it will create a profile of your installed addons on your curse.com user page. That way you can always install the same addons no matter which computer you are at, or if you have uninstalled the game, or whatever your reason is.

You can get the v4 Client from either wowace.com or curseforge.com (Projects.. Curse).

The paths to the game are:

XP: \program files\world of warcraft

Vista/Win7: \users\public\games\world of warcraft

Mac: macinstosh hd\applications\world of warcraft

That is all the path info the Client needs.
