you can't "make" a reputation... you can work towards exalted status with reputations inside wow... look up the reputation you want to work on wowwiki or wowhead or google and you should find links on what to grind.

Look up the addon he's talking about -- it's one for RPers to create their own factions within the game and hand out reputation with them.

Wibb, GHR adds an "options" button to your Reputation tab on the character sheet.  If you've been joined to the reputation project on your server, the options dialog will tell you who the project leader is.  You'll need to send mail to that person in the game to ask for a new faction to be created, with you as the faction leader.
