Did this function get removed or is it just broken? It was a really nifty thing to be able to see where on a chunk ,map the mob was located.

no map in quest description

Yeah I'm sorry but the people responsible are away on a conference.

any word on this? I Noticed that on Sunday the 25th I was playing and the location markes on the map where bugged, either they didn't work at all or they were flipped, showing that I have not yet spoken to the NPC but already found the mob location.

Also is this marking system suposed to work with all quests or just some?

the default making ~ waypoint ?? ~ indicator on the map, unless you all have scripted a new one, I'll have to dl that one.

when I open certian quests, I"ll get a green waypoint marker on my map showing me where either the NCP or LOC of mob / area I need to be focused on.

Only some quests do it, and sometimes it's bugged, IE: showing that I have not yet spoken to a NPC, but have already been to the mob / area of the quest objective. When all I have done is spoken to the NPC and recieved the quest.

Floetie is correct, it doesn't appear to be working.

I just tried it out. The maps show up in Firefox (1.5), but not in IE (6/7).

I get maps for entities showing where they have been seen. Sounds really odd. Someone responsible for the web development would probably be able to answer better.
