Does anyone know how one would go about creating a Guild? I have been unsuccessful in finding any information on the topic of How to...

First: you'll need to have the collectors edition [yes, its quite lame]
Second: find a guild registrant in one of the starting cities.. Tursh's was quite easy to find, you'll probably want to search the db on the site if you're in another city.

hmm ok. So does anyone have a really cool casual laid back non specific play time requirment helpful friendly guild that me and my buddies can join. Relatively medium size as another over 50 is annoying for us.

If you dont need Collectors then how do you do it? Someone said it has to be a group of 6 but we still were not able to form one.
