I was wandering if any of you guru's have made an attendance tracker that tracks players raid attendance in game?
In our guild we do not use DKP due to its unpopularity and high maintenance, but rather we have ranks within the guild that is based on time in guild and with that the more rank you accumulate, the more priority you have on rolls...another componant to gaining rank is that you must have a 70% maintained raid attendance...inability to do so lowers your rank, and this lowers your priority.
The object is obviously to show up as much as possible and rank up so that you can get earlier dibs. It has worked remarkably well!
Now there is still some off game data that gets crunched on my end and that is to make sure that everyone has been tallied as attending for the nights events.
A mod that would be awsome is something that you can track attendance in within the game. A mod that shows attendance % for all players and all players within the guild to see.
Something I must add as well is that for those players that do not get a raid invite but still show, they are credited with attendance as well so the add-on would have to accumulate that as well.
Anything out there like that?
