Im i dum or what i cant get my addons work.

Where should i put em.

what should i do when i dowloaded it.

You put them in WoW/Interface/Addons folder
e.g. C:/Program Files/Games/World of Warcraft/Interface/Addons
If you don't have Interface/Addons then create it :)

It does work. You need to be far more specific in what you are doing.

put them in your folder, start wow, select your character, and look in the bottom left corner, for a tag called "addons" (Still in character selection screen) and, press "Select all" from that menu, and select "Load "out of date""(still in the addon menu) then press "okay" and login :)
look at the mods you installed for any short keys, or commands to write to get them to work as well

It is possible to do all that and it still won't work. If that happens, one of two things is true:

1) It's a bum mod that never worked, or much more likely
2) It's not compatible with WoW 2.0
