I have had similar experience.... save all your addons in your favorites area.... then, delete or uninstall them from your WoW addons folder. Log completely out of Curse and reload and log in again.... try installing them fresh with the client. Should fix the prob.
Not sure why but something gets goofed up during installs sometimes and the client no longer seems able to manage certain addons correctly.
Good luck! =)

u have to download a program called z-zip from this website then u need to download the add on u want to have save it dont run it to the desktop, then u right click on it and it should say something like z-zip then u click "extact here" then it should make a extracted file on the desktop once u do that u right click on the WoW icon and click properties, once in properties there should b a button called open file location click on that and it will bring up all the world of warcraft files click on the one that says interface that should bring up another folder that says add ons open that up once u do that cut the EXTRACTED add on and paste it into that folder(u can do this with every add on u want to put in) some add ons though will have more then 1 file when u extract so u will have to cut and paste all of them into the add ons folder. now this seems hard as i talk about it but once u get the hang of it its a breeze

If you need clarification on hiradorei instructions see the links here. BTW if you have Windows from XP and up you don't need to dowload any compression software since it is built into XP by default.
Links to get the help you need.
Please see the following links if you need help. Most likely your question has been answered or is better asked somehwhere else.
*This is not my work but just a repost of the Curse.com addon installation instructions.
It should tell you something about how often these same questions are asked if I felt that I needed to create this footer so I didn't have to keep repeating myself.

So "Need help installing an addon? See THIS* article." didn't help you guys out... it seems very straightforward. Then again how many actually took the time to folow the steps there :(
