Anyone know which addon adds what Ive circled in red? Ive got auctioneer doing it, so I dont need it in the main tooltip.

Although I can't name the specific addon (I was about to say auctioneer does that until I stopped to think about it ;p) if nobody can name it then just pop up a list of your current addons to narrow down the choices :)

Could be something component or any of the other tradeskill reagent type mods.
