I am new to downloading mods, and im just wondering if anyone knows of a good mod that puts all your bags together as one bag, and automatically organizes the items that go in your bag as their type

for example

Trade goods (linen, mined items, herbs, etc)
Quest Items
trade skill items (fishing pole, mining pick)
soulbound
green, and blues

etc

and yes i know there are many bag mods that put all your bags together, im just having a hard time finding one that organizes your items

You could try Baggins, it has all kinds of plug inns that help you with sorting your items.

I think Sanity Bags also is used heavily for people who want to organize their bags certain ways. Maybe it's Sanity Inventory
