New AddOn

Hi there

I've just uploaded a new AddOn project and would love to hear some comments on it. It's here: http://wow-en.curse-gaming.com/downloads/addons/combat/voice-commander/

Basically, it allows you to play two WoW accounts at the same time, controlling one with your voice only. It should be prefectly legal too, since it only converts spoken commands into key presses. Read more on the project site.

Unfortunately, there's an EXE file in it and I know how lame it is to ask other people to execute something unknown. So I'll just ask that you'll look at the documentation if you're interested and we'll see how it goes from there...

well technically Blizzard rules state that you can't use any 3rd party program to interface with wow, but since your software simply just acts as a voice keyboard it shouldn't be a problem I guess.

I know it's a fine distinction. But you could as well tape your big toe to the space bar on your second keyboard and always press that when you need to start that heal macro or whatever. Using voice recognition is certainly more convenient and it's now even integrated into Windows Vista.

Btw, there's a new video that shows it in action: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Dt215PuQew

it's a awesome concept , only i don't have 2 wow accounts :P otherwise i would have tried it myself
furthermore yes indeed a Exe can be unrealyable , but once you get some positive feedback it will be fine

edit : After seeing that movie , im damn impressed :D

I guess most people don't have two accounts... I certainly don't. But maybe you have a friend you trust who plays WoW, too? Technically, it's forbidden by Blizzard to share accounts, but...
