I'm looking for an addon that can display how many people are targeting me that isn't Xperl unit frames. Since Xperl is capable I thought perhaps there where alternative mods that could provide similar functions. (I prefer to keep my current PitBull unit frame setup.)

xperl is all i can think of. obviously it can be done (since he did it), but i couldnt tell you where to get one, sorry

Add the NumTargeting tag to your playerframe (eg.after NameText or add CustomText)
A number with people targeting you will show up.
