Hi all!
Someone got a solution for this ??
This application has encountered a critical error:
Not enough storage is available to process this command.
Program: C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe Object: VERT (.?AUVERT@@)
Requested 132918 bytes of memory
On Vista Home Premium 64-bit with 4 GB Ram and more than enough harddisk space....
The moment I delete Quest Helper the error is no more ...

My Quest Helper consumes about 300Mb of memory whenever I have played for a long time. No big deal if you have 4Gbs RAM, since I have only 2Gbs. I've never had a shutdown like as yours, might not be QH? Then again, you can solve this by periodically log out and in again, so the memory refreshes, and doesn't get all that buggy, i guess.
Good luck at it.

It' definitly QuestHelper as this problem is known in the comments at the AddOn Section - and if I delete QuestHelper it completely disappears.
And for memoryrefreshes - I get this error about 5 seconds in play .... - the UI isn't even completely loaded ..
The funny thing is I get this problem since 0.47.19 and the older versions won't work with the new patch.

I have been having a lot of issues myself. Mine usually starts with periodic client freezes. Usually in the middle of a fight. Or while moving towards a group of mobs. I die. After about 5 minutes, my client comes back and I make a corpse run.
There is a newer version up on wowinterface. Apparently Vyper isn't updating Curse as often.

Ok I just posted a topic about this same thing but I get somewhat different problems. Mine doesnt error out it just starts to drop FPS and yes if I log out and back in its fine again. I am using Vista Ultimate 64bit. Before the new patch and the updates to QH I did not have any problems.

Went back to V0.47.13 and applied the 3 fixes as suggested for Patch 2.4.3 as follows :
Then from the LUA Editor software : File - open - browse to WOW folder>interface>addons>Questhelper and open the RECYCLE.LUA file Scroll down to line 150 and add --(space) in fron of the line: text:SetParent(nil)
Line should now look like this: -- text:SetParent(nil)
Go down to line 228 and do the same thing (add --(space) in front)
File>save and close the file.
Then repeat the same process for line 330 in the MENU.LUA file.
Then reload UI or log off/on or restart the game.
It will work (even on Vista in case some of you wonders).
After that I was able to play my warlock without a crash since.
Maybe there was something build in V0.47.19+ that is causing the crashes, but I can't say because there are noc changelogs since 0.47.05 ......
Greetings Michael

Hi all,
I had the same issue (crash upon log in), including with 0.47.13 modded as indicated by MHochegger in this thread. The solution for me was to delete QH cache. You'll found it as 2 files in this folder \WTF\Account\\SavedVariables; there will be 2 files QuestHelper.lua and QuestHelper.lua.back. Delete both and try.
If it still crashes, you may look at the folder specific to your character; the 2 same files will appear: \WTF\Account\\\\SavedVariables. I didn't need to do that, but just in case...
Good luck :)
Edit: it works with 0.48 version; I guess it will work with previous ones too, but can't confirm

- --- --=-- -===::===- --=-- --- - QuestHelper is no longer in development. Meaning there will not be anymore updates to this addon. This will not work for Wrath of the Lich King in less someone picks up the project. I am personally in hope that someone will revive the QuestHelper project or merge many of its simply and easy features into their project.
No worries however there is a possible alternative called Carbonite Quest that you can download here at curse.
Carbonite Quest has some really wonky features, but in general has the same features and does the same thing QuestHelper does just with a bunch more stuff (most of it pretty useless IMO). They have a beta version for the beta of lichking with the deathknight quests :] and it should be updated pretty frequently

It sounds like a memory problem. I personally don't have the problem but if you have a lot of add-ons running and don't have much memory. It is also possible that it's conflicting with another add-on.
