im just wondering if theres an addon that displays the " ! " over a quest giver npc, regardless of lvl....

this would be helpful while trying to grind rep with low lvl quests

Never heard of any such thing but with the changes to high levels gaining better rep for doing low level quests it would sure be interesting if there was a way.

Grinding low level quests for rep doesn't usually get you much. For a quest that's 5 levels lower than you i think you only get something like 5% of the full rep. Wowwiki has a good article on it.

You're best off grinding quests that are at your level (cloth turnins, etc.)

I thought they recently changed the way that works allowing you to get a worthwhile amount of rep from lower level quests. I'll have to go to Desolace or something and do one of those quests and see what happens...

There is no possible way to make a mod that would alter how the actual 3d "exclamation point" is displayed in the game.

While we're on the subject, there is no way to make a mod (that is allowed by blizzard) that can change any 3d aspect of the game.

well.. you can grind rep from level 1 quests and still get a nice amount of rep for the cities you do it for. like 250 honor per quest. did it with my level 0 night elf for stormwind and the result: i have the highest level of rep with sw as a night elf :) lol.
