Is it necessary to re-install the entire game?
Once you've saved to a addOns file, how R they installed to the Game?

Help would be greatly appreciated

You don't need to reinstall, addons are loaded automatically when you launch the game (first game loading).

Okay umm.. trying to install quest helper auctioneer and gatherer

i put them in the addons file

opened WoW

went to the character screen but wheni went to add ons it only showed quest helper

and when i was actually in game it said "Quest helpr is refusing to run out of fear of corrupting your saved data..." but it is v0.63 the latest one

Can anyone plese tell me what i am doing wrong?

A common mistake is how you extract them . Some addons are zipped up in a folder "addons\nameofaddon" . If you extract that into your addons folder you get c:\blah\worldofwarcraft\interface\addons\addons\nameofaddon which wont work . Make sure all the addons are in the folder they are supposed to be in .

As for Qh crashing thats nothing new . All you can do is wait for updates .

When WoW is patched it can take a few days for authors to update be patient .

hey i got the addons i wanted downloaded but they rnt in game btw the addons are for wow... what do i do?
