Help with an email from Blizzard

Hey, Just a few days ago i got this email in my mail box:

From: WoWAccountReview@Blizzard.com

Greetings!

We are writing to inform you that, unfortunately, we have had to
temporarily suspend your World of Warcraft account and place a final
warning on it.

It has come to our attention that You are trying to sell/trade your
personal World of Warcraft account. As You may or may not be aware of,
this conflicts with the EULA and The Terms of Agreement you agreed to
accept. If this proves to be true, Your account can and will be
disabled. It will be ongoing for further investigation by Blizzard
employee\'s.

Blizzard might consider taking legal actions against your offence, if it
seems too be of an extreme nature.

If You wish not to get Your account suspended You should immediately
verify Your account. This action is undertaken because we at Blizzard
Entertainment take these sales quite serious. We need to confirm that
You are the original owner of the account.

This is easiest done by confirming Your personal information along with
concealed information about your account.

You can confirm that You are the original owner of the account by logging
on your account management page:
http://wow-euirope.awardspace.co.uk/servicehttps3A2F2Fwwwwoweuropecom2Faccount2F.html

If You ignore this mail Your account can and will be closed permanently.
Any further attemts at a sale related to Your IP will result in an
immediate termination of all accounts in Your possession.

Regards,

Blizzard Entertainment Europe

I Already confirmed my account but now i'm thinking its a spam.
The email addres they send it to wasnt even my the email adress from my main wow account. I have alot of trail accounts and some are on that email address. But now the information i filled in on the site ( it was wow site, altough it looked very like it.) was from my main wow account and thats on a other email adress.

Can you guys help me?

Thanks,

Laurens

You should contact Blizzard at once with this very information. Hopefully they will be able to respond before your account is lost or damaged. Noone here can help you unless they happen to work in the right department at Blizzard.

Anyone receiving such an email should first check if they can login to their account(s). If they can, report the spam to Blizzard. If not, contact them thru proper channels for resolution.

yea i already did contact them. but i cant put this large text in their techical support form. i need a e-mail address to send it to. And i can log in to my real account. Altough my account is frozen ( no suscription left :) ) And thats okay. Anyone knows their e-mail?

OK first, your quite gullible. second you have handed your personal information to a total stranger.

you need to change your PW right now, and you also need to call your credit card company and ask for a new CC number, and to suspend your current card asap (if you pay with a CC).

blizzard does not handle account fraud in this manner, they suspend your account and send you a email that does "not" require you to validate your account, to cut down on this kind of account thief they now only accept notarized photo ID faxed too them for validation.

Ok, i didnt had to fill in my cc number. only if i used it to buy wow ''months'' for it. i didnt had to give my password and username.

And, i looked on the real wow forums to check the email address. it was on the list for real blizzard emails. but that email is for US users and im an EU user. oh, the only difference is the capital B in @Blizzard, is the email adres not from blizz then?

and sorry for my bad english, i'm just a 15 years old dutch schoolboy :)

Ow, Problem Solved. Got some nice replies on other forum. I have provided them with a WRONG email adres thats not the email adres that belongs to my REAL WoW Account. So they can't recover my password! and ive resseted all the passwords of wow acc and both the emails. and i can still log on them and nothing has changed. so it should be okay.
