I got the idea for this thread by realising that I'm sucking at inspiration right now and that I needed good music to bring it to me... so while I'm ripping some of my CD's (because I'm a good girl and I don't download free music) I want to know what music you grind or raid to.

Let's ignore the fact you should be listening on a vent or teamspeak during raids shall we?

I'm really into Static X and have been for some time now. I've got a whole bunch of CD's but realised I only had two albums on my pc so I'm ripping them, intending to rogue-alise WoW whilst under the influence. They're my favourite in the car too although I guess I get impatient with everyone else driving so slow they must be listening to a heart monitor rather than music...

Give me ideas, guys.

My WoW music consists of Static X, System of a Down, Serj Tankian, Dream theatre, Machinehead, Sonata Artica, Stratovarius, Metallica, Slipknot and just about any other musically proficient metal or rock band out there :-D

Tbph, I find power metal is that best for WoWing to - especially when PvPing and also grinding... :-D

Yeah I typically listen to stuff on the heavier side of things when playing WoW, though it depended on the particular boss when I was actually raiding. Now that I don't raid anymore, it's whenever I feel like listening to it and there's not a decent conversation going on ventrilo.

My WoW music consists of many types of music, mainly Killswitch Engage, Cannibal Corpse, Cradle of Filth, Basshunter, Anberlin, Ayumi Hamasaki, and Hollywood Undead.
