I installed the client and the addon yetserday, but nothing appears to have uploaded (definatly no characters)

In the App.log file the following errors are present

Does anyone have any ideas

Mine wont upload either. i don't get an error and i know it's installed correctly because it shows up in my addon page as well as in my 'latency bar' as being active ingame. IF anybody knows how to active this addon i'd really appreciate some help.

Also, i get an error every time i try to pick up/loot an herb off the ground.

I have the same issue. I have tried deleting cookies, and reinstalling. Still have the same issue.

Yeah, I was beginning to think I was just plain stupid. Can't upload any screen shots or characters from in WoW. it shows as running as an add-on, but thats it. Any reply from Curse would be good.

Wow, really... is this what's happening? Time to find an alternative that works, not an overly advertised waste of memory and time.

Cool, glad I am not alone. I was starting to feel real stupid. I was looking all through the options and I did not see an upload character or anything that would tell you to do so and I had this mod for a few days. I feel your pain guys. This should be fixed.

yeah i never got mine to upload anything and no word from curse isnt a good sign so yeah i stopped using it.

I wouldn't be such an ass but there were NO warnings at all that this client is NOT working. If you go by the ads posted absolutely everywhere it works fine.. mhmmmm

Sigh... Same here.... I can understand (and even appreciate) the challenges to building this solution but I really can't understand a lack of service. All that is really needed here is a status update post from someone at Curse 'in the know'. Without that, it just seems like we are voicing issues to a wall.

i think its kinda dum i mean i am just on this website for addons.WHO cares about being apart of curse...but it would be nice to upload charactors to my accont

yeah... totally can't upload any chars to this since I got on it a few months ago... figured my chars would get uploaded automatically eventually or something... but no. Nothing. Still able to get addons and what not, but obviously all their stuff isn't together yet... not even responses.

Same here but it also downloaded addon versions that were outdated and some that were close to the same as mine...but not. Totally messed up my game. I had to delete all my addons and redownload (manually) to get them fixed. No more client for me.

It's known that this feature in the curse software is still being developed, it's not even implemented yet.

This is only known to those who have found out the hard way. There is NO indication anywhere except via a forum search for this issue. IMO, it is inexcusable to still advertise a working feature that has not worked for over six months. It makes more sense to remove broken features until fixed. Ignoring them until you can fix them is just poor coding practice.

As far as the old "what do you expect for free" argument goes, I expect working features. I don't expect alot, I just want what is there to work. Please remove the client, update notifier, and search sorter until they are fixed. If you can't remove them, at least make it known they are broken....
