Easiest way to get to level 70 as a paladin

simply lol.......

spec, depends on your playstyle.
guild, getting gold is not linked to what guild you are in
server, (same as guild)
professions, depends on how much effort you put in sklling and maintaining

Well I'll tell ya.

When I get to level 70 with my Dwarf Paladin / Miner / Blacksmith who currently needs to level to catch up with his Blacksmithing. :D He is level 23. And he can make armor and weapons, some normal quality and some Green color(means stat pluses). I can't remember if he can make any blue colored items yet. But my higher lvl Hunter / Miner / Jewelcrafter can make some blue colored jewelery. One item my Blacksmith can make, brings me 15+ gold each. I expect this to increase dramatically when I hit lvl 40 when the really great stuff is accessable by my character. But you know what, my hunter will be first in those areas and already has gone into some higher lvl areas then he is by 7 lvls higher then himself to mine ore. And select other items that have 3 stat increases. Three Pluses. One item my Jewelcrafter can make has 5 stat pluses, but each plus is like only 2 or 3.
I plan on creating another character that can provide as well in another area that can make lots of money and also give benefits in buying my blacksmith's items because they will be enchanted :D by the 3rd character with enchanting.

There is also skinning which after I already setup my Hunter with Mining / Jewelcrafting I read that it would be best to go with 2 gathering professions, which makes perfect sense. But alas I have no mind to change my current characters because they are working great, except I let my Paladin dink around too much in Auction House on behalf of both characters. AH is another area that you can make some money. But those secrets you will have to find out on your own or from a guild member that is willing to share the sought out information for the benefit of the guild.

Sir Paladin,
May you lack deaths on your journey,
then those who have sought glory,

May you have courage to stand your ground till you almost die knowing your party members will heal you as you take the blows that would be quick death to those of the cloth,

Alas Great Paladin are the words you will hear upon the fall of Great Bosses,
And the rewards will be immense,
When you have finally reached level 70 this will be true,

Then the Great Task will be against those with the Same Task in mind,
That is to Conquer those of Great Skill and Power like you will be when you reach that Mark.

I have a very odd spec that does incredible amounts of damage, but you have to build towards it. Go Ret far enough to get seal of command. The other skills you want are the ones that reduce mana costs for your seals and judgements. Then go into prot far enough to get 5 in reckoning. You are now a meat grinder.

Works incredibly well. Good survivability, awesome damage, better mana efficiency (the drawback to ret). Leveling my second this way.

so it's not me! ret spec is a mana eater! sometimes i find myself at a loss because my mana is almost always gone, unless i'm only up against one dude, then i can take my time and conserve (unless it's an elite). it drives me crazy. i thought maybe my strategy was off (still not too sure about that), but cool...good to know it's not necessarily ALL me. thanks for the spec advice!

Not an unusual build at all. It's called a Rekabution build. Alot of pallys use it.

See my "Thread to end all threads thread" for the answer to your question!

go retribution and use two gathering skills with one being mining for sure as selling ore is easy ....

generally speaking paladins are recomended to take engineering and mining. From my experience most crafting professions are money sinks and money can only be made if you know your servers economy very well. If you want to make gold then the current best professions are herbalism then skinning or mining. herbs sell for huge amounts on my server even before inscription and in the first few days after inscription was added I made over 5k gold from herbalism. peacebloom were actualy selling for 80g a stack XD
