I loaded the Client yesterday and logged on a few times and ever time I exited WOW the Client Crashed with an "Unexpected Handle Error"...Suggestions anyone?

yep getting the same since yesterday, prior to that it worked perfectly fine, i even tried to un- and reinstall the client but it didnt get fixed

Hey, can you please copy the exception report here? When it crashes it should ask if you want to send it to us.

The error I am getting has no Exception Report, just a pop-up in the middle of the screen and an OK button...

Do they say what number the error has, a hex string like 0xc0000005? I should ask what OS as well.

Nope no Hex string at all, XP latest Service pack

Vista home premium all latest OS updates just started happening yesterday

Kudos, got GMRXP installed (XP Pro SP2) and when I quit I get a popup thats reads;

Getting this same message. Any info on this as yet. "Caught an unhandled exception of unknown nature."

Just a pop up window, no hex or other identifying code.

Same thing here, even running with the debug client it doesn't give any more info.

If you have this issue, please try restarting the client to download an update. Had to do with the PTR support I added. Unfortunately it got angry if you had never played on the PTR.

After Yesterdays updates the client stopped crashing?!?!

It stopped crashing for me but now I get a failed to process message, something about strings and integers. I couldn't get a screenshot fast enough to read it.

Is there a log file I can find somewhere?
