Questhelper is the best download addon outthere.. Please come back !! we cant continue on without it.I need it so badly it hurts! if i only ever needed one Addon Questhelper would be the one.. please Fix QH it wont be possible for my Son to play without it =( best wishes..Tambo

i had the same problem after i installed the new patch..... just reinstalled quest helper and it works fine now!

Just noticed this since new patch but don't know what it is. A green questhelper blob on my minimap says "do some extremely secret unspecific something". but it keeps moving around. any ideas?

gm told me to go in wow proggy file and add "old" to the name of my Cashe...Interface and WTF folders....which works but youre going to have to dl all of your addons again

O.K. here is my problem: I tried to download the new version of QH through curse client, that wouldn't work, then tried the link the developer provided, couldn't even get the page to load. What can I do to get this working, PLEASE help me someone.

just downloaded QuestHelper 0.48 installed it to my addons, loaded the game check the addon area of my start up screen made sure "out of date" was checked .. started the game ... the quest list (shift click to track) ... no paths or spots show up on the maps for me

any help would be nice

cannot download questhelper no matter what i do

Same probs here. Pre-patch when i opened WoW map i had lot of lil smiley faces showing me where all the mobs i had to kill or things i had to do to finish a quest, now I have nothing on my map. Also pre-patch there was a red button between Zoom Out and Questhelper that dropped down a menue with options like Tracker Display, showing you where all the herb, ores and treasures you've found were........showing unexplored places on the map and many more. Now that red button and options aren't there. Were they taken out of the new ver. of Questhelper or is my ver. just not working properly?

i have downloaded the new questhelper 48 removed the old one ...installed the new one made sure its active in the Addon area ...there are no dots on my map ...i reset my UI and installed questhelper again ...nothing has helped ... ..hope there will be a fix to this i feel so useless and lost without questhelper

Same here when i log in i get a MSG on my screen it says "i am refusing 2 run out of fear of courrpting ur current saved data please wait untill a patch comes out that can handle hte new zone layout =/.

lol. Did you not look at the date of the last post? 3 months 10 days ago. Make a new thread or look through the first few pages before posting. Now your problme is probably cause by corrupt files. Delete all the Cartogapher folders out of the wow addon folder then install it again. Then if this doesn't work then delete your catogapher stuff from the WTF folder .

Ya i know I have a similar problem exept my I had 2 out of date addons and i had to disable them. But it alsom disabled my Questhelper and i cant get it back. But it's only on one of my charactors, any suggestions on how to get it back?????????????

Yea, this whole conversation just reminds me of those Staples commercials. You know the ones. The "easy button" ones. I mean really people just read the quest log and it gives you all the info that you will ever need. All this "I can't play the game without it" and "I'm lost". These are the same people who, in every instance, don't know the boss fights and end up wiping the whole raid.

I really do think that this is along the lines that Blizz has been taking lately. They keep removing requirements for instances, no more attunements, fewer to none BOP tradeskill items, instances that can be run with mediocre gear, heroics that are easier than the TBC regular instances were, no more downranking spells. Where will it end. I'm serious there is gonna be a big button in the middle of the screen named "win!" and by pressing it you kill every NPC in the zone, complete all the quests that you are on, and get 10000 gold for logging on that day.

This game is losing all the challenge. I just have invested too much time to quit now.

Had same problem.  Uninstalled/reinstalled add-on, all set.
