Does the ticket system work?

Does the project ticket system work fully?

I (and my users) am able to create tickets, and I can delete them, and change any of the pulldowns and save those changes, but I have so far not been able to Accept or Ignore them, so they're perpetually either Pending or deleted.

Do the Accept and Ignore functions work?

Adding this to my TODO for tomorrow -- there may be a bug causing those two buttons to not work.

Seems there was a bug with accepting, this will be fixed as soon as we push changes live (today or tomorrow most likely). As for closing (ignore) this should work. There may be some slight delay in which you're not seeing it closed, but we will put in a fix/notification for this as well.

I gave it a day to wait for the changes, but accepting still doesn't seem to work for me. I now get the little banner at the top that says "Ticket has been updated successfully", but the ticket status never changes from Pending.

Closing a ticket does work for me, it only seems to be accepting one that doesn't.
