Go to your World of Warcraft folder on your computer (Usually C:\ Program Files \ World of Warcraft)
Then go to the Interface folder there, then go to the Addons folder.
Once in the Addons folder, find the addon that you are looking for and delete the folder for it.
Then it will be gone.

It's not possible for them to still be there if you clear out your addons folder.
If you mean the settings of the addons, go into your WTF\account\youraccountnamegoeshere\Savedvariables and erase all files in that folder.

I don't have a WTF\account\yournamegoeshere\Savedvariables folder. I'm using the curse client. I delete it off my folder but its not a WTF folder. I named it something else and deleted it off that folder. But when i log on to World of Warcraft I click on addons and all of the addons are still there. What's wrong?

Replace "yournamegoeshere" with your account name =) And in WoW, delete the folder called "Interface" in your WoW folder. If you run the Public Test Realm client, you need to open your WoWTest folder and delete the "Interface" folder there.
Good luck

I don't have a "yournamegoeshere" folder. I don't think i installed the addons right, i thought with the curse client you didn't have to do all of that stuff.

You do have a "yournamegoeshere" folder because WoW stores all your game configuration, interface options, chat settings, macros, etc in this folder. What he means is whatever your account name is thats the folder you look for under the "WTF" folder. Look for a WTF folder in the World of Warcraft Folder. If your account name was "tictacx" for example, you'd browse to "..\World of Warcraft\WTF\tictacx". Once there, delete everything inside the SavedVariables folder you find. As for your addons, if you deleted them all you should have only Blizzard_XXXUI folders in "..\World of Warcraft\Interface\Addons" folder and nothing else.
