When I install the Curse Client after doing the addon info. I get a few of the pop up things show up (With news etc). And in those there is always 3 errors. Something to do with "/client/files.xml. Invalid Body".

It comes up with 3 different .xml locations, but are always the same "Invalid Body" error.

I think this error is stopping the client from uploading any info, because I have it selected to add my characters for WoW to Curse, and it hasn't done it.

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks for the update.

But when I freshly install the curse client I am still getting errors just after I choose which addons came from Curse. I am unable to install addons use the one click, I am unable to upload any character info, and I am unable to upload any quest/item info.

This time I got a screenshot of the errors that show up. Hope this will help you out (Or you can help me out to sort this! :-D)

The developer is aware of this, that's all I can say right now. Try disabling character upload, also try searching on your PC for "Curse" and see if you're able to locate the settings folder which should be in "document and settings" (depends on your OS) and delete it. Reinstall the client.

That still didn't help. Still getting same errors.

Do you run any type of Firewall or software that block traffic and/or prevent cookies from being stored correctly?

I have a firewall, but I tried disabling that when installing it.

I also have a new router, could that be the problem? I think there is a firewall built into the router. If it is how can I sort it?

Double check your user name and password.

Really don't want to post this message but I am going too....

It seems that it was my username that was wrong I was putting"Amoa", which I what I usually use on sites, but it seems on here it is "amoa". And now the addons are installing, no errors showed when I re-installed the client. Just need to wait to see if the uploads are working, and too see if my characters appear.

Heh, it's just a matter of experience. It's much more common to make small silly mistakes than people think. The client shouldn't let you select an account that doesn't exist though so this could be related to some sort of a bug. Glad to see it worked out.

It does seem that no info is being uploaded still, as my Characters and Hardware are not showing up, and I have the option enable for it to upload.

It has now nearly been 24hrs since it was working.

Or is their still a delay in the uploading of things because of a backlog?
