I hate having a small window pop up on my screen whenever I mouseover a target or something. Anyone know a mod that will take this mouseover info window away?

May be possible with tinytip, i'd lookinto it.

Try looking at the options for fubar or xperl, as I'm sure one of them allows you to turn off all tooltips.
