i cant look on wow screenshot i know its aprogram i most have but how do i get it??

I use http://www.irfanview.com/ for viewing my screenshots. It is freeware and IMHO one of the best all purpose viewers out there.

Or you can open it in photoshop if you have.

There are also sites online that will convert files from one type, like '.tga' to something more common like '.jpg' so that you can view it with any image viewer.

Photoshop is what I open and edit or just reformat by saving as jpg.

You can also use this, download it, drag and drop it in your wow/screenshots folder, then launch it, don't forget to uncheck "adjust image brightness" then it will convert every single tga in jpg faster than any others way, used it since wow beta and it still works like a charm.

/paint? all o do is to take that screen shot.. Alt+Tab out of the game open pain then press paste.... some ppl i did this with u had to use the cut/move thingy and make a frame in the paint window and press paste in there... then u can save your picture's in whatever formate u want...
