Well, I've made this new UI which has taken ages, I've got all the add-ons etc where they should be, and working. But I cannot move this castbar, it's not anything to do with pitbull, or ecb or anything, could anyone give an educated guess on what it may be? it's killing me :( anyone who works this out will be liable to a forehead kiss. thanks.

some castbar mod with latency display, I remember ecb has a latency mod and AzCastBar/Quartz has that feature too.

That's Quartz more than likely.
To move it, /quartz, then go to 'Player' and uncheck 'Lock' then you'll be able to move it.
If it isn't Quartz, Then Idk. >.<
