I love the game and sure can't wait to see it when DX10 is functioning,
I was wondering if there was a way to skip all the intro screens?
After all the intro screens I tend to loose interest in even playing.
I guess ADHD does that to me.

Interface options you can change it to prompt you or just skip them entirely :)

Also I have my game set to DX10 right now.

Well after reading this I have to reply...Yes I found this completely BS as well, not allowing you to skip the intro credits and cinematic movie! I should not have to hit ESCAPE to skip them....I followed this post about the interface selection and I hate to tell you that yes you are deluded! This option lets you skip the CUT Screens in the game, not any of the opening screens. So yes hopefully this really helps with things, but this game has so many other BS issues to it, I know I won't have a problem switching to WAR when it comes out this fall. If I even give this game more than the first free 30 days.

Yeah, I even tried renaming the bik files to .bak files like the fix in Assassins Creed. But the patch just reloads the damn files.

Now I even have that frame rate problem because I have a G80 GPU, 8800 GTX-SLI.
It is retarded to have low frame rates even a 1360x768 and low settings.

Heck I can run Assassins Creed 1680x1080 high settings and have above 40FPS.
I hope this gets fixed soon.

Oh god I hate this.

What's worse is the official AoC forums, you have to enter your info (I understand) but I hate the loading flash at the start then when it's done, you click on the nationality for the link/forums. I do that then it asks me to enter my birthdate, etc to even let me into the forums.

Unfortunately I cannot even get into the forums, nevermind I installed the game, subscribed, and set my account and everything. (sigh)

Yeah, I just spam the ESC key till I get to the login screen. I'm sure it's something that will be fixed eventually.

Or just use add to favorites when you get to the forums. As for the ad's at the start I agree on how annoying they are.

care to share how did you do it? cuz afaik dx10 is not even implemented yet....

I am assuming joeblow thought since there was an option for DirectX10 when the game first came out it was functioning.
This option has since been removed due to FunCom not getting the DirecX10 to work properly yet.

The seem to still be having DierctX9 problems even at this time and are working to correct these issues first.

Left click the movies to make them go away? It's never been a problem for me.

I realize you can left click or spam the Esc button.
But by Crom ,why should I have to see the intro screen every time I load the game.
