Curerntly there is no option to do this. Mythis has not yet enabled this, just like all your toons share the UI. Hopefully this may be implimented in the near future, but for now you'll have to deal with it as is.

Q: How do I get WAR to save all my settings on a per-character basis?
A: Open the file at <WAR DIR>\User\UserSettings.xml (while Warhammer is not running) and look for save_settings_per_character="false" near the bottom of the file inside a tag named Interface. Change the value inside the quotes from false to true. Then save the xml file and start up WAR; your settings will now be saved per-character instead of globally.

so assuming the mod allows it, you could simply disable it on all your characters but the one you want it to work on. Works for me with Squared.

 the best solution for enabling addons for some characters and not others is with the addon named ToomanyAddons. It allows tyou to acess the addons list within the game and create profile lists that will enable and disable addons according to your character specifications.
