Does WAR have add-on management the way WoW does - where you can selectively activate or deactivate each add-on? If not, is there an add-on that allows this?

not such good as in WoW - you have to write some fancy script.... but with LibSlash addon installed you can type in chat "/addon" - this will bring up addons menu with ability to activate/deactivate

IMHO this is every bit as good, if not better, than WoW's method.
