Hello,

I am an addon developer and since I started uploading addons to curse I always followed the same "path" to get to my addon page and reply to threads. Click on my profile, click on my Projects tab, voila! But now my profile page doesn't have a project tab and when I access my addon page I seem to have "user" access and not "addon creator" access. I think the "wow.curse.com/downloads/..." part of the link has something to do with it. At the top left corner I can vote for my addon which I couldn't do before and also the Edit Project link is gone. If I scroll down to the comments I also noticed that all the replies to user comments made by made are gone...

Any ideas?

I may be wrong but I think you should be handling all of your editing through CurseForge now? I ran a quick search on your name and found that you had some addons listed, so here is the direct link to your profile on CurseForge. As an addon developer, you may want to check that out just in case the functions you are looking for are there.

After the updates were done , i can no longer make it work....used 2 i could hit the Home key(hotkeyed 4 quick database search) but now i cant even get 2 launch.

And when i sign on 2 WoW there aren't even any addons listed. I've tried 2 re-download it again and again...but once update 2 done it wont work.

I'm windows Vista.

I assume you are talking about the Curse Client?  Do you have it set up to automatically scan addons upon startup so you can get an initial list?  Also make sure it is pointing to the directory that WoW is located in.  (If it is not default it could be pointing to the wrong place). 

As far as hotkeys in the Curse Client I honestly haven't messed around with that yet to even see what is available to work with as I really never used that feature of the client before.

Nope, I was talking about the curse site. I found a post in the crse.com buf forum. It seems there is some kind of trobule with the database or something, other addon developers are having the same issues :D.

A lot of wrinkles are still being ironed out.  As long as the Devs know about the problem I am sure they are working on a fix right now.

Just a little update Arcanefoam.

As you probably realize, curse.com was entirely rewritten in a different language and database than the previous versions.  I was under the false impression that all the addon functionality had been moved to CurseForge, so the links into some of that were omitted from the launch build.

You should be able to access much of the same information now at http://my.curse.com/my/projects.aspx.  A link to this is in the main nav of the myCurse section.

In the next push, you will have a link on the upper right of every page to quickly go there.

Also, the next push will re-enable threaded comments for addons, and fix the issue where you cannot see replies to other comments.  However, due to a data import error, the sorting will be off for replies to comments made before the launch of the new site.

Thanks for being patient while we finish this transition.  I know things are quirky right now, but this update had to come before the 3.0 WoW patch in order to ensure the public has reliable access to your work when the site is under massive load.

Thanks for the info. Part of what I didn't find on the site was the "My Projects" link, but I must have overlooked it. I love what you have been doing with this site and I totally support any changes undertaken to give the users a better experience and prepare us to upcoming 3.0 patch.

I guess I will sit back and relax while you guys finish the minor details and take the time to port my addon to 3.0!!!

The My Projects link wasn't added until a couple days ago - it wasn't there with the launch.
