I just made a new account here and may not know much about this all.  But, when i attempted to Install Healbot Continued, i get a message in the lower right hand corner saying ""Pckage Reauthentication Failed).  I dont know what I doing wrong.  lso when i double-click on the Curse Client icon on my desktop nothing whats so ever happens.

i'm getting the same error any ideas?

Please try going to Client -> Login and enter your username and password again and let me know if this resolves your problem.

I'm getting the same error, and I'm logged in. Tried a couple different AddOns. This is not the first time I've used Curse, so I don't know why it would start acting up now.

happening to me too i'm trying to download group calendar and it won't let me says the same thing (and yes i'm logged in the client and here).

The short answer is no. The restartidea didn't work...repeatedly.

same here. i even logged in with a new accnt and it is always saying the package authentication has failed. i am going to retry removing the curseclient and all my user settings... oboy.

so i did reinstall curseclient and removed user settings as well. it worked as far as the reauthentification package but now "the path of the addon directory is not correct" pops up...so...next?

havent been able to fix this problem yet... and its really beginning to get frustrating

just wanted to let you guys know I figured out how to do it. You have to open your curse client which handles the upgrade, when you get signed into the curse client it will bring up the add ons that you have currently installed, and it will upgrade it for you when you select it good luck, my quest helper is working perfect now

ok I competely forgot to come back and make my post, i competely uninstalled curse and reinstalled it, and then all worked just fine, now i have a new problem, but thats different.  But i still can not use the desktop shortcut icon, i have to open curse up with the icon on the start menu tool bar.
