hi, i have spent the last 6 hours non-stop looking for a mod that will place healing buttons next to a party members unit frame. i have found plenty that do what im looking for and normally its really hard to find the mod that does the specific function that im looking for but every mod has not been updated in TWO YEARS. im pulling my hair out here!!

just recently got my druid to level 70 and have always seen these mods that put healing buttons for each party member next to their healthbar... clique has been suggested but its not what im looking for. PLS HELP OMG

Hate to say it but I believe that those type of addons are not possible anymore. Hence the fact that they are all old and outdated. I'm not sure that the API allows for this anymore. I'm afraid to say that the suggestion for Clique or even Grid is your best bet. I know it's not what you want but the fact that the addons that you want are outdated like they are tells me that either the API has changed or they are just not used anymore.

GL and if you do find one you may want to post here what you have found since others may be looking for the same thing.

Hahah, did you just mention Rewatch? Does anyone actually use it? I'm flattered! I've updated it just the other day, but not for 3.0 yet - I'm adding Wild Growth support first. Should be on tomorrow!

Rewatch works but it's alittle large for Raid healing, is there a way to make it smaller? also is there a way to group peeps in groups within the raid?

Look for an Addon called Unit Buttons. The one on curse is not updated, but I had found a version that did work, just don't remember which site.

For a while development of BeneCaster stopped up - but with Patch 3.0.2 it has been resumed. 

I expect this does exactly what you need.

Can't find it on Curse, however it's available from WowUI...

Rewatch updated to version 4.1.2, maybe it suits the needs of people better now?

Rewatch is really great for 5 mans when I play my druid healer, but I have to move it out of the way for a 25 man raid - most of the boxes are not used (ie not members i need to heal) and take up WAY too much space.

It would be perfect if you could drag out only selected raid members, eg the tanks, up as Rewatch boxes, and then have your normal interface (I use Xperl) for the rest of the raid  - I mean they will only need spot heals, not a series of rollign lifeblooms etc

Clique is a good way to go.  I pretty much exclusively heal based off Clique these days and would probably be an idiot of a healer if I went back to good old *select* *heal* *select* *heal*.  Now I just memorize my modified button presses and click heal everything.
