My suggestion is to wait a while before resetting passwords and such. I'ts patch day, curse is completely bombed right now, even more so that usual since ace is gone.

I for some reason cant log into my curse client.  I have reset my password, but still can't log in.  Can you offer any suggestions?

Looks like the server that handles the client logins went kaput.  I'm getting the same "An unknown error..." message.

Same with me...

They will probly fix it within the Hour.

We had an issue yesterday with our bandwidth. It's been resolved, and client logins should be functioning normally again.

The login information is the same between Curse.com and the Curse Client Are you 100% sure you're using the same login and password?

im having the same problem, I can log into the site just fine but I cant get the updater to log on.

I assume the problems are stemming from the new patch :/ All of my addons were not working properly - tried to update them all, still nothing. I was told to uninstall the addons and reinstall them and in the process of reinstalling them the dl's were timing out and failing. I then uninstalled Curseclient and tried to reinstall it and I'm getting the same problem with that. Any suggestions?

It helps probably to klick the password field and then hit enter. Works at me. The login button does not work.

Tried the above method after hours of frustration and guess what, it works.

Doesn't work for me, I can't get any of my addon's to work and I do not seem to be able to use the curseclient updater, either, I've reinstalled and still have the same problem.  Had to reinstall WoW, too, took all day for all the updates to reinstall, and during the update for v3.* was prompted by Blizzard to install into a different directory because of some difficulty with Vista, so I did and then I moved all my addons to the copy of WoW at that new location, and still none work, the addon button in the character screen doesn't even appear.  What is going on?  And when will it be fixed?

Also having the same problem.  It worked fine.. But then I tried to update the addon directory and it froze on me.. then tried to relog and I couldn't gain access

So there is no other way to contact anyone at curse than this? and no answers are forthcoming, here?  That is NOT helpful, and I miss my addons, a LOT!  Particularly Questhelper and Auctioneer.

None of my addons are being installed.  There is an error I receive whenever I try to download and install one with curse.
