Cosmos feat. Khaos

This was an absolutely incredible package with a bunch of useful stuff and it seems it has disappeared , i went to go look for it again hafter the 3.0 update and couldn't find it. It did some particular things with my spells on my action bars that i like RED when you were out of range BLUE on cool down, and then like BLUE borads when a buff was active etc, and included other things doing stuff with your quest logs etc, if anyone knows of an addon that did this or wat happened with Cosmos feat Khaos?

I have no idea where I can find replacements for Cosmos as well. However, I do know what happened to Khaos/Cosmos.

The cosmos website says that Cosmos will be discontinued with 3.0. So... its very likely you won't be seeing any updates for it now.

Ya this definately sucks.  I'd really like to find something else like Khaos - or at least the part about being able to enable/disable addons without having to log out, and just dong a /reloadui to load them in/out of memory.

There is an addon called LoadIt and another called ACP (Addon Control Panel) that allows you to select disable/enable addon INGAME and use reloadui to load them. Both are ok, however I still haven't figure out how to make different profiles in either of these two. There is another addon which I feel better than the 2 previous two: TooManyAddons, however this one doesn't work in 3.0 so I'm hoping the author will update it soon.

I just really loved wat it did with the colors on my spells, and how it placed the quest discription in a specerate winow giving me a bigger window to view my quests with.

Take a look at Tekkub's addon manager oddly named (as are most of his mods) "Ampere".

http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/ampere.aspx

It doesn't support "Addon sets" and I don't think it supports per-character configs (I may be wrong about this one) but it's a very straightforward, clean addon manager.  This addon appears inside patch 2.4's interface config UI and offers a very easy way to check and uncheck addons then reload the ui.  It's simple and it works.
