I'm looking for an addon that will red out the spells that cannot be use during certain stances and also add a timer to ecah spell to tell you when it would be ready for use again...  I have seen it on other players but I don't know the name of it...

The timer thing that you mentioned... it might be OmniCC you are talking about.

There is another addon called GhostPulse (i think) that will show your spell icon when the cooldown is up, but I don't know if it's been updated for 3.0.2 or not.

This is kinda late.. but there was one called RedRange that as of 3.1ish, is no longer supported.  It reds out the entire button if target is out of range and blues it out if the caster lacks mana/rage/runic power/etc. I am constantly checking for updates for this addon.
