Is http://addonservice.curse.com/AddOnService.asmx open for public use? Any documentation on that? Some place else I read in the future you'll need a curse premium account oO

Honestly I'm not really happy with neither the current curse client nor jwowupdater (which completely fails).

Did you ever get an answer to this? I am working on a DHT torrent addon update client and was looking at away to grab the addons and this would be awesome. If they are not willing or ready to unveil it I might have to go with a solution like Wow UI Updater (WUU).

The service is not currently available to public use.  I am not sure where it was heard that you would need a premium account to use the client, but that isn't true at all.

Do you know if you guys are thinking about making this available to public use? Especially if we give Curse complete credit on our apps?
