anyone list off what ill need to run max settings. love the game been meaning to upgrade he computer again wondering what i need to run this game at max settings thanks. 

I have a Q6600, 4850, and 4 gigs of RAM with Vista.  The game runs 50-75 FPS with everything forced to the max under the ATI CCC.

The Q6600 is about the best bang for buck quadcore you can get.

The 4850 is the best video card for anyone willign to spend up to $200.

The RAm is DDR2 800 MHz, very cheap.
