first, and if it is not 0.63 - go update.

What it caused you to think that it is not working? And.. are you on Vista?

I have been using Qhelper for ages now, i always do all updates and my questhelper has stopped working :(    I did another updat before posting this.

I have rebooted and turned on all addons in the login screen

Any ideas ?

Hi, thanks for replying.

I tried hardreset and it asks you to do  /qh hardreset  (and a short code)

I did that and the screen scrolls up asking me to enter the same again ?

Just as an update, i have now uninstalled and reinstalled from scratch but still no joy :(

I am also having problems with QH. I downloaded it, I moved it into my Addons folder, and then started up WoW, logged in, went to character select screen, and no Addons box (I have had trouble with adding any addons actually, I downloaded another one and no addon box appeared either)

You said you downloaded and moved to addons folder... just double checking, but you should be:

DOWNLOAD

UNZIP

MOVE RESULTING QuestHelper FOLDER TO YOUR %WOW%\Interface\Add-Ons folder

ok plz help me were do i go to do this action /qh i need help

i just set-up a wow specific cpu & started some add-on d/l's... quest -helper was one of the ones i have come to rely on, so it, gathere & auctioneer were the ones i d/l'd first!! i have had add-on issues since the latest patch so i am choosing carefully what to d/l on this cpu.

at the first fp i went to, i got notice that quest-helper.. 'exploded'

nb... i am older player with many 'senior moments' & computers are a very big senior moment for me.

how do i un-install this add-on ?? exploded??!!??? has it been zombied??

I can't download ANY add-on's and I'm pretty sure it has something to do with Cursive2.0 but I'm not sure. It downloads and installs and then tells me there is a problem with a corrupt file and it says it's stopping installation. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, taken off cursive then it won't let me do anything, went back to did a system restore point and tried just about everything. I am really frustarated. Anyone else having problems installing add-on's?

Stopped, you're lucky. I have done everything I know to do and I can't get it to even download. I hit the button and notta, nothing happens .... I am not a computer geek at all, and I know I did something wrong, but what & how do I fix it is beyond me. I did manage to get a couple add-ons to work prior to trying the one I REALLY need .......... ( Quist-Helper) .......... & it will not load!!! 

I was going to try to do it manually, but the instruction page will not come up ......

HELP this poor old Lock please!!!
