Well, not tiny, but smaller would be great! As of now the only way to have a small hotbar is to resize the entire UI, but that affects the text size of the entire UI (killing my weak eyes). I'm hoping someone could create a mod, resizing just the hotbars.

You don't need a mod, just use the Layout Editor.

Customize UI, Layout Editor...

Hit "Start Editing..."

move the Controls window off to the side a bit (but don't close it) and you can click on every aspect of the UI and move, resize, change the opacity (or even hide the box/window).  You may have to move some boxes to get to the ones below it, as some are stacked on others.

the action bars, simply select one, and grab the corner to rezise it. Repeat for the others 

Careful though, you could end up spending hours in there! heh

Oh, BTW, Left and Right cap (next to the hot bars at the bottom) are the stoopid decorations filling up the empty space on either side of the hot bar cluster, taking up valuable space for other things that fit nicely down there
