I used Sort before the patch, but it doesn't even seem to exsist anymore.
What it did was compress stackable items, and re-arrange them in your bags to take up the least space. It also organized things by catagory such as consumables armor and so-on.

Not looking for one that (visually) does this, looking for a mod that physically moves the items around.

Oh, I wasn't aware that there was an addon that did that. I'd definately perfer something like that rather than Baggins :-)

ArkInventory puts items into categories and also has the ability to compress to save space.

Same as with baggings, it sorts items visually, but doesn't move your stuff around phisicaly (e.g. moving meat to bag 1, cloth to bag 2, etc)

I think mr plow actually does this but it is currently not updated. Maybe you should keep an eye out for an update.
