Do you know what mod lets me listen to only what Bosses say ingame durning Encounters ?

I dont wana hear all the casting / running and Other annoing background sounds ;<

I do not believe that such an addon exists or is possible.

i guess it would be possible to isolate the text portions, not the scripted sound portions mind, but that wouldn't be what you like to do. if you actually want to hear what they say i cannot help you, but if you just want to know what is/was said go to wowwiki.org most scripted encounters, bossfights and so on, are listed there.

BossTalk, lets you play boss quotes and others that have it can hear them as well.
