i play on a macbook. and questhelper worked great pre echoes of doom. now it wont work period i have uninstalled and then reinstalled and still nothing. used wowmatrix and nothingand clues as to how to get the mod to work. thanks

Don't use wowmatrix. Install addons manually.

Try TomTom with Lightheaded then. 99.9% of all addons work on both PCs and Macs because addons use LUA code which is native to WOW, not the operating system.

If QH isn't working, I take it you didn't read the sticky about addon help? The universal fix for most addons not working is right on the first post.

Try going to your WTF folder and deleting the Questhelper.* data files in that directory tree. (You will need to redo your Questhelper settings after doing this.)

camdizawg, for being "off by a few decades" he is not talking about your physical age, but your mental one, which is a actually giving you credit... you sound more like 8 years old.. maybe 6.
As for the quest helper: have you tried Carbonite? I also use Mac (G5 2 GHz tower) and have tried QH in the past. Carbonite has been so good that my GM who hates addons, now uses it. Give it a try!

And as for your suggestion to use Carbonite, I agree. If one quest addon doesn't work try another. You may fair better with it, who knows.
